What personal information does Center Gravity collect about you?

Center Gravity collects personal information about you when you register online at www.centergravity.co.uk or when you arrange an appointment to use our services or buy our products. This personal information will be retained by Center Gravity in an organised archive for 3 years, or until the customer terminates their business relationship with Center Gravity (whichever is most imminent) and then will be deleted and made irretrievable.

Technical data about vehicles which have had work undertaken by Center Gravity such as geometry reports, invoices and job sheets are retained solely for the use of Center Gravity employees and may be requested by the relevant owner of the vehicle for their information.

Center Gravity Ltd. ensures the implementation of a security policy in regards to the processing and recording of personal information.

Center Gravity will not retain personal information processed for any purpose or purposes for any time longer than is necessary. Personal information will be deleted irretrievably; however technical data which is not personally identifiable will be archived in the interest of research and development by Center Gravity ltd only.

Any personal information given to Center Gravity may be used in the following ways:

• To provide the services requested by the customer.
• To personalise the service with regard to previous history of a customer’s car or preferences in driving style observed by Center Gravity in the past through maintenance of records.

Information given to us is accessible only to authorised employees of Center Gravity Ltd for the purposes of communicating with you, maintaining records of technical data, or emailing you with regards to marketing.
